This movement-based training class is for the person who wants balance, flexibility, coordination, and functional strength. Having good mobility means being able to walk, sit, run, and move the way your body was intended to.
Vinyasa flow will build strength and warmth while connecting breath with mindful movements. Create flexibility, mindfulness and softness to release the
connective tissues, create space and integrity in the joints and remove blockages to internal energy flow. All are welcome and all will benefit!
