One year ago today I decided to change my life. I was unhappy with the direction my life was going. I was 319 pounds and I was miserable. I couldn’t hardly even bend over to tie my shoes, my body was breaking down, and I was slowly digging my own grave. My insides were killing me all the time and I was sick everyday so I made the decision to change my life and with the great support cast that I have it has been life changing.

 

I am currently at 222 pounds - that’s right I have lost 97 pounds! I have gone from a 44 waist to a 34. I went from a 3XL shirt to an XL.  Not only have I lost weight and inches but I am in the best shape of my life.  I feel AMAZING! And to me, feeling great is what its all about.  

 

I could not have done this without the support of my amazing wife but I would also like to thank Ashley and Ryan Downes and my FitFuel family! I would have never been able to do this without everyone’s help. So if there is anyone reading this story that says they can’t make a change I am here to tell you yes you can! Anyone can do this; you just have to be ready for a change!
