8-Week Course

ARE YOU MOTIVATED TO MAKE A SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE CHANGE?

The FitFuel Nutrition Course provides you with the tools you need to get healthy and stay healthy. We believe in the mantra “Progress, Not Perfection.” This strategy will help you maximize your results in a realistic manner. Yes…you can have a cookie!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Our online course includes videos, self-assessment worksheets, recipes, workouts, and group accountability. Complete the course at your own pace, on your own time. You’ll receive access to the FitFuel app, where you’ll find your workout calendar with CUSTOM workouts and a food log assigned with CUSTOM macronutrient (carbohydrate, protein, fat) and calorie recommendations. You’ll also find more recipe ideas and our favorite part - the private community group!

ACCOUNTABILITY

You’ll be assigned to your own private coach. Join our coaches and other Nutrition Course members in weekly Zoom calls, and receive weekly check-in reminders from your coach. We are your 24/7 accountability partners!

Continued Coaching

CONTINUED COACHING (4-WEEK PROGRAM)

Have you completed the 8-week course and desire to see the extended benefits of group accountability and one-on-one coaching? Stay involved in the Private Group, Zoom calls, and weekly check-ins with this monthly extension. New custom macronutrient goals and workouts will be assigned to help you see continual results!  *This is for those who have completed the 8-week Nutrition Program above.  Auto-renewal occurs every four weeks with the choice to opt out after every 4-week session.
