Want to take the thinking out of your weekly grocery list? You will be provided with a detailed menu guide for each day of the week with healthy options for all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) as well as snacks. We will take special note of your family's likes/dislikes and provide recipes within your personal recommended calorie range. *For Nutrition Coaching Clients only. Cost is per week.
Desire a healthy shopping partner? We will meet you at your store of choice for a 1-hour grocery shopping trip. We will read labels, learn the store layout do's and dont's, and choose only the foods that will supply your body with the fuel it needs.
